Myers Plumbing Company, Inc., founded by Susan Myers-Bell is proud to be honored by The Governor’s Office of Diversity Business Enterprise for the State of Tennessee as a Woman Owned Business.
Myers Plumbing Company is a devoted member of the Nashville community and supporter of numerous charitable organizations. Myers Plumbing community support is extended to school athletic programs, organizations supporting the homeless such as Room at the Inn, programs supporting recovering drug users such as House of Mercy to organizations supporting national programs.
In 2006, Myers Plumbing was honored to donate the plumbing portion of a new home to Extreme Home Makeover. The benefactor was a family in Hendersonville, Tennessee whose home was destroyed by a tornado. While numerous homes were destroyed during this storm, this family suffered an additional loss when the mother of the family was paralyzed from the waist down after being struck from falling debris while shielding her two young sons as the tornado ripped apart their home.
For the past three consecutive years, Myers Plumbing has donated the plumbing for the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the world’s premier pediatric cancer research center. |
